1.1 30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Knife from Iberi Shop™. If you are not satisfied with your Knife, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
1.3 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
2.1 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 Days.
